Virgin Gaming teams up with Hybrid Interaction

Tel-Aviv, Mar. 4, 2011: Virgin Gaming, a new and quickly growing website for competitive console videogames, has engaged hired Hybrid Interaction, Ltd. to provide retention marketing consulting services.

The two-year-old website, part of the Virgin Group, gives players throughout the world a chance to compete in such popular Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 games as Madden NFL 12, FIFA 12, NBA 2K 12 and more. Virgin Gaming is currently running the largest tournament in gaming history, the $1M EA SPORTS Challenge Series exclusively on PS3 where one million dollars in cash and prizes will be awarded at the live finals taking place in New York City on April 28.

Virgin Gaming CEO Rob Segal said Hybrid Interaction’s deep experience in the online gaming environment would be invaluable in ensuring that his company is using the industry’s best practices in customer relationship management. “Hybrid Interaction has been immersed in this work practically since the first iGaming site went live,” Segal said. “So it’s extremely valuable for us to tap into the extensive industry knowledge they have. By doing so, we’re able to take the steps needed to ensure continued strong growth.”

Hybrid Interaction’s founder and CEO, Shahar Attias said he was enthused to add the Virgin brand to their list of clients.
