Know Your Customer: Seminar at 2012 G2E conference highlights land-based and online marketing issues

With competition for customers growing daily, it’s essential that marketing executives are up-to-date on the latest techniques for attracting and retaining players. A special session on Oct. 3 at the 2012 G2E conference focuses on just those issues.

“There’s a tendency to be in one camp or the other – either holding onto all of the tried-and-true techniques established over the years by the major casinos or rejecting all of those approaches in favor of new, online methods,” says Shahar Attias, Chief Executive Officer of Hybrid Interaction Ltd. “In fact, both camps have valid points of view, and a smart executive will try to capture what works and use it – no matter when or where it came from.”

Attias will be one of the featured panelists at the seminar, which will run from 2 to 3 p.m. in Titian 2202. Also participating will be Staci Columbo Alonso, Vice President of Global Marketing/CMO at IGT, Ryan Leeds, Vice President of Strategy at Masterminds, and Ralph Thomas, Vice President of Strategic Analytics at Seminole Hard Rock Gaming.
